Fill the sink and verify the water drains as expected.
If the water drains slowly one option is to use a drain cleaner or baking soda. If you use a solution let sit for an extended period (usually indicated on manufacturer's lable). Rinse with water after.
Another option is to use a snake to remove large debris. Removed p-trap and clean. Then ese a snake to clean drain pipe.
Put the p-trap back in place and test by running the water and checking for leaks.
Next inpsect the faucet aerator. Start by unscrewing the aerator.
Remove rubber gasket and aerator from cap. Clean aerator.
Remove screen from cap and clean thoroughly.
Reassemble parts and put back on the faucet.
